Terrible experience. Sales informed us bed would fit *any* frame (we do not have a custom bed frame) - delivery team could not install. Waste of time and effort. Sales and Delivery teams are disjointed - acting like two disparate companies. Go somewhere else...

Been having my bed for over a year and I love it. I recently went back to get a pillow and they matched me with a great one for my neck. Sandra was the best!

We went into the Leesburg, VA, location at 6pm on Sunday, about an hour before closing, searching for a new bed. We were in the market for a new bed and just wanted to see what inventory they had and what price ranges we could expect. We expected to talk to a salesperson and were hesitant about being pressured into making any decisions. However, the sales associate, Sandra, was very friendly and easygoing. She asked us more questions than she did bombard us with information, which was a huge plus (having worked in sales for years, I am very attuned to sales strategies, and when someone is just "going for the sale," rather than connecting with the customer). I asked many questions myself, and she was incredibly patient and helpful - even after I realized it was 7pm, closing time. She allowed us to take our time and gave us plenty of space to talk amongst ourselves and ask questions. She worked with us to find the bed for us, and we ended up walking out that night with an order placed for a new bed and feeling confident we had made the right decision. Thank you, Sandra, for your dedicated customer-first service and ensuring we were satisfied with this major purchase. I hope the company recognizes you for your efforts!
