I have ordered many items from this company, however, the returns and refunds are not addressed. I have sent items return receipt and no one is there to receive the package. I tried again and they signed but have not refunded me. I have called and called. I have spent over $75.00 to return a $60.00 item. I never receive return calls or messages. The sizing is incorrect, it takes months to receive items and returns are impossible. This company is a scam. Do NOT order from this store. They earn less than 1 star.

I have been waiting 2.5 months for a product never received ($57). When you call them you only get a answering service but no one ever returns the call. When you email them they never return the email.Caution!

Hours posted say they open at 10. When I finally found the place the door was locked and no one answered the door. I tried to call. An answering service answers the phone and can only send a message for them to call me back. Called again at 11 and it was still the answering service. Sent another message. Never received a phone call back. Also had a very hard time finding the place. It's located inside an office building and the sign on the door is so small. We walked by it 2 times before we realized it was it. This is not a very good way to do business.

Ordered something over a week ago. No notification that it will be shipped. Absolutely no communication. Yet they have the time to send me emails every day. Stay away from this company. Worst ever

Wont ship product that was pd for. Reps promise to call back and dont . Hides answering service for customer service. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
