Elizabeth Ross has been my attorney for almost 10 years. After going through a high conflict divorce and years of post separation abuse, I had to file several necessary motions. I was very happy with my experience with Elizabeth Ross and the entire staff at Ross & Beckman. Unfortunately, the legal system is such that a divorce can very quickly ramp up to unexpected levels of craziness as some attorneys intentionally pit the parties against each other and essentially add fuel to the fire, rather than working towards compromise and a resolution. Elizabeth refuses to get drawn into these games and works towards de-escalation and calmness. She did a great job of representing me and my interests as she took a very rational and sensible approach to settling my case. Rather than stirring the pot, which leads to a long and lengthy divorce, and higher legal bills, she stayed focused on settling my case in a timely and cost-efficient manner. She is very smart and knowledgeable about the intricacies of the law, and knows how to successfully maneuver through the legal system to achieve a positive outcome.
