Jonathan the pro desk manager is the most organized and professional individual I have had the pleasure of working with. He always is prompt to help and I can see his leadership abilities. In addition he is incredibly patient with other customers. Especially the really rude customers that I have personally witnessed him deal with and yet remains 100% professional I just wanted him to know how much I appreciate him, especially considering I count on him for large amounts of building materials purchased on a weekly basis. Anyway thanks to him and lowes

I have always had a horrible experience at different Lowes locations for some reason and this location seems it has followed that same stride. I have had a lot of friends express their bad experiences with Lowes and it seems things just have not changed. There has been multiple times where I saw a product on their app and the app showed it had plenty in store . when I get there, they are always sold out and no one seems to know the reason. Their inventory system is not up to date at all. The more negative issue is recently when I went to this Lowes to purchase a product, again it wasnt in stock when it said it was. When I went to leave, one of the employees were extremely rude when I tried to exit to leave by the check out registrars . I was told that if I didnt purchase anything , I had to exit at the contractors Lowes Pro exit. Does it make sense to park near the entrance on the far right side of the facility and exit through the farthest left exit and walk across the entire parking lot. Im not saying Im being lazy and can definitely do that but it is not very convenient. Overall, not a Lowes fan.
