        Noel has been my personal trainer for many years and through many health challenges. I cant say enough great things about him and his attention to his clients to improve their overall strength and fitness through personalized and custom-tailored workout/training routines. He listens attentively to each concern, modifies exercises to ensure no injury, works on improving strength in a thoughtful, deliberate way. He is friendly, kind and very patient. He is flexible when it comes to rescheduling your appointment due to unexpected circumstances. His prices are very fair and reasonable. I would recommend Noel/FitIt Fitness enthusiastically and without any reservations.

        Noel is a fantastic trainer! He is so patient and willing to work with people at all fitness levels. I was sedentary when we began, and Noel has shown such grace, listening to me complain endlessly during our sessions, while working to get me to my fitness goals. For me, having a social component to training makes it fun. Noel is a great person in addition to being knowledgeable about his work. I highly recommend FitIt Fitness.
