The pricing was more than reasonable, the flowers were fresh, smelled lovely, and matched the expectations they gave me on the proposal. This my first time ordering flowers with J. Morris and definitely not my last. As a new client, you receive a discount on your first order. For some reason, (probably my technology-deficient-skills) the code did not work. I went ahead and ordered on-line regardless and shared a brief note indicating my issue. Within hours, I received a courteous and professional phone call from a team-member offering to assist me by adding extra flowers to the bouquet while they pursued the discount glitch. THIS NEVER HAPPENS anymore, sadly. What a fantastic vision for customer service and business practices. If I could, Id actually send J.Morris flowers. (But then, theyd know who sent them, since Id only be ordering from them from this day forward) Kudos to J.M!! Btw: the flowers were spectacular!

We just moved to this area this year, and every valentine's day I get my wife flowers (nice ones, delivered, to start our romantic day /weekend). Finding a reliable and talented florist can be difficult. I came into the shop 2 days before Valentine's day. The nice young lady behind the counter was pleasant and friendly, helped me decide what I was looking for (since I try to avoid the "cookie-cutter" box o' flowers or red roses with babies breath). I try to look for something with a little taste and she described a nice bouquet that wasn't on the site and described it as "designer's choice". Well, that can go a number of different ways, and since I didn't know them I wasn't holding my hopes as high as usual. When she said the price, I was also pretty sure that what I will get would not meet my expectations....Well, I can honestly say that this is one of the nicest bouquets that she has recieved; and for a reasonable price. Flowers were fresh, color variety was pleasant, beautifully arranged, well presented and overall just really pretty. I mean roses with hydrangeas, peonies (which I never see anymore and seem to be hard to come by) , and something I don't recognize to give it some height and a lite touch of green to give it width and a touch of naturalness makes it seem freshly picked....all in a lightly pink shaded vase, nice touch. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you.
