Appalling - do NOT use them. The State & OAG directs survivors in my area to this organization re applying for the address confidentiality program. The statute is very clear: a survivor applying for this program does NOT need assistance from anyone or any entity to submit an application (i.e. the survivor can do the application themself). But this organization ignores the law (ironically!) and refuses to provide an application form (which they are legally obliged to do) and instead insists upon the survivor wasting their time and traveling to their office to get the form and complete it with their (unwanted) assistance. How ironic - that this organization ignores the law and makes things much harder (completely un-necessarily) for victims/survivors of domestic violence. Really not appropriate conduct by such an organization!
