I would be remiss if I didn't provide accolades and praise for the excellent professionalism and care that I was provided by my attorney, Peter Schwartz. Litigation can be an incredibly stressful and drawn-out process; even more so when it comes to Family Law and matters of the heart. When I began working with Peter - my family situation was not in a great place as I had not received the best advice from a previous attorney. Through Peter's efforts I was able to maintain the stability that I needed to move forward. He also expertly rehabilitated my previous agreement and set me up for a much more consistent and stable situation for myself and my children. Given the highly sensitive and emotional aspect that a divorce can bring - Family Law attorneys often need to wear the cap of a therapist to guide you through the process. Peter demonstrated the perfect mix of fairness but when needed - was highly effective at getting me the best possible outcome.
