So, I had a minor emergency with the sudden emergence of a crack in he corner of my windshield. Naturally, I look online for auto glass replacement companies, and most are the big-name places that have very little human interaction involved with the scheduling process. One of these gave me a great quote, but I would've had to drive there or they'd charge a fee for coming out to me, and they weren't within a convenient distance. I'm so glad I called Auto Glass Center of Fairfax, though! The gentleman who spoke to me texted me very specific instructions to ensure that I get the right replacement windshield for my vehicle. He gave me a quote of just over half of what the big-name place had quoted me, and he said that he'd come to me. I got the windshield replaced within 45 minutes of their arrival, and they were able to work in my own driveway. No additional fees for coming to me, and no additional fees for hauling away the damaged windshield that was removed from my vehicle.
