        The community is outstanding. The amenities are outstanding, specially the gym! The staff is very attentive and offers a good service, including the maintenance stuff that is very kind and gentle.

        Excellent, very helpful staff. Nice apartments. Fireplaces even. Good parking. Convenient shopping, transportation. Why deduct 2 stars then? Its like living on top of an interstate truck rest area. You not only hear the traffic on hwy 7, but you FEEL it when heavy trucks and bikers ROAR up the ridge. ( Did i say... FEEL it? ) The corporate management hasn't bothered to work with the appropriate govt agencies to build a noise absorbing wall , which is a must when you have new highway construction next to dense residential areas. No one expected 7 to become another interstate, but it HAS. So if you don't have an issue with this, this is a highly recommended place. But not recommended for folks who priortize basic, reasonable peace and quiet.

      • My Life Wake up to a better Tomorrow

        I like the apart the only thing was all the extra fees like trash, parking etc., I can understand rent, utilities, insurance but to pay for trash & parking mandatory is ridiculous. Make spaces for guest also everyone knows how to take their trash out..

        The complex is nice; however, they send maintenance workers into apartments unannounced and without knocking, even when no maintenance requests have been submitted. For a single female who found a strange man standing at her bedroom door when she woke up, this is a huge concern. adrenaline and sense of security have taken a huge hit to say the least. Doors have electronic entry codes which have clearly been provided to maintenance staff and can be used to access apartments at any time.
