Langley Federal Credit Union - Permanently Closed

Worst website ever. trying to make payments is hell. Have to call customer service constantly. Cannot schedule payments, Many of the functions on website do not work. Will pay off loan early because they are too difficult to deal with. Taking a loan with them is the biggest business mistake i ever made.

Extremely hard to get in contact with if you are ever locked out of your account past password reset. It took over an hour to reach an actual person to address the issue which not mentioned on the automated menu.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I walked in to ask a question. The lobby was empty and the two women sitting in their offices did not acknowledge me once. One of them looked up at me and then went back to work. She could have said someone will be with you but she didn't. Horrible customer service. I will never go back there or recommend that office.

Kyshae helped me throughout the process of selling my car. She did an amazing job and contacted dealership for me when dealership was giving me a hard time , she made it turn out smoothly after a phone call. I highly recommend Langley FCU . Good communication. Follow Up. Information, friendly and a good security questions to authenticate access to account.
