Building our dream home with Westbrooke was the best decision. From start to finish the level of transparency and communication was unmatched. It was wonderful to see each step of progress at a glance and know exactly what to expect next. Having open lines of communication and being able to organize conversations to topic or individuals was incredible. We never felt like we couldnt ask a question or find an answer to something. We were also impressed by the level of care for our home and work site for all of the contractors. We visited the progress (probably more than most) on impromptu visits and never saw a dirty worksite. Any time we met with members of our team on site they made sure we didnt have any questions and would explain in detail where we were at and what to expect next. Prior to taking possession we received a manual and walk through of our home to ensure we knew how to operate and what to expect with our systems. A huge shout out to our team but especially Lauren, Melinda and Troy for answering all of our questions and making our dream come true!

Westbrooke homes has made our dreams come true. Its been a couple of months living in our brand new home and when I pull up every day I still admire how beautiful our home is. Not to mention the exceptional quality the Westbrooke team provides in their homes, EVERYTHING is GREAT quality to the appliances, the craftsmanship, the overall built interior to exterior. Westbrooke did not cut any corners and it clearly shows. During our walk through before settlement, the Westbrooke team takes the time to walk through the home explaining how everythings works etc. Yes, every builder does this with new constriction homes. However, I was personally blown away by how in depth they go to ensure that you know your new home. Even down to the home owner booklet they provide you with a list of contacts you may need in the future and additional information thats useful for the home. Coming from two poor built construction homes, Westbrooke set the bar high with building our FOREVER home and I will FOREVER be grateful for their services. Thank you Westbrooke
