I don't really have any complaints about the physician I was seeing, but everything about how this place is ran operationally is completely unreliable. Staff has been completely rude to me and many of my family members who use this office. Most of the complaints center around who answers the phone or sits at the front desk. My complaint is that this office will tell me that they're going to make a referral or assist me and the second I leave, that's the last I hear about any of it. I don't know if anything gets done there. Its completely mismanaged or just bad service here.

I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. The employees are very polite and I love my Doctor and his nurse.

Insanely rude staff, especially Ruth. Its a shame she is at the front desk and first contact with the patients/public. She needs to work on her customer service and learn to be a nice, compassionate person if she wants to work in healthcare. They need to consider someone else for the front desk.
