When the pandemic hit, I was concerned about the impact it would have on my well-being. I was extremely grateful that I was able to connect remotely with Dr. Sherwood throughout the pandemic. She helped me through grief and challenging relationships, offering me ways to cope and approaches to try. I have been Dr. Sherwoods patient for a few years and looking back I can attest to the value of her care in my life. She is a warm and compassionate person and a competent and professional therapist.
