NRP (Community Association Management)

I would give zero but that was not an option. The worst management company. They manage my community. HOA BOARD MEMBERS, if your shopping for a management company please stay away from NRP Partners. They were okay for the first 6 months we started using them but then the service has gone down dramatically in past 2 years. Even the board members from our community are unhappy with NRP. You can never reach anybody there, it always goes to a voicemail and they never return calls. They probably have way too many properties and not enough staff. Do not use this company.

This company is pure garbage. Will they ever get around to addressing construction concerns? Actual tenant issues? Landscaper laziness? Oh my, no. They are far too lazy for anything like that. They need to higher a new management company immediately,the community need to come together and get rid of this so called NRP. They dont respond phone call emails at all why should I pay almost $800 condo fee for a lazy company!

During the 2 snow days, week of Jan 15th 2024, the snow was not cleared in most areas in my community. When we reached out to them to come and clear the mess, they shifted the blame that the BODs did not want it done. They also said that the snow will melt in a couple of days. We were stuck with dangerous snow on our roads for more than 5-6 days. Our trash pick up did not happen due to uncleared snow on our streets. There have been couple other issues in the past. Very shoddy and unethical work from this company. Beware before you contract with them.

The most corrupt management company I ever experienced. They collude with the board members. I know two other management companies from my other property. This company send violations for no concrete reason like its a game and they retaliate if we ask questions and demand answers for things that's not done properly or unlawful violations. They increase the rate every year nonstop and They cut services like trash pick up day from twice a week to once a week. They don't communicate even safety issues when the do work close to the houses. When we call to ask what's going on, they act like we don't have the right to ask questions. Generally, home owners be careful with this management company/NRP. Don't hire them!!!!!

Recently switched to NRP and they seem to have a more robust program than others. Noel is our current PM and is a pleasure to talk to.
