I would like to take this time to thank Michelle for making my move-in transition a smooth process. Her professionalism and attention to ensure that I was familiar with the property was greatly appreciated. Addressing my issues on the first day showed me that the Open Window Management team priorities are to ensure that their properties are in good condition which is a breathe of fresh air. The service team have been very punctual and professional with the handling of repairs. Also, the technology of Open Window is very impressive. Being able to pay rent, submit maintenance request and communicate via an app is very ideal and accommodating in todays world. Again, thank you and I appreciate all you have done thus far.

I am so impressed with Open Window PM. They are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Jerald Trott. He is very acknowledgeable and helpful and efficient on everything. Taking good care on tenant and homeowner with instant communications. I am happy to be working with this PM continuously. Great job!

The team at Open Window PM, more specifically Michelle Lee-Mitchiner has truly been phenomenal since we have been working together. As a newer tenant, she has gone out of her way to ensure everything has been handled and resolved within a short window of time to ensure my living experience is stellar. Her professionalism is top notch and the willingness to go the extra mile and advocate for all parties is truly a Property Manager anyone would want to work with. Creating positive customer experiences and relationships is not always easy to do, Michelle is just a natural and makes you feel comfortable to work with and in your home. I look forward to our continued working relationship for the foreseeable future and will recommend her and the team to friends and family in the DMV area. I truly hit Gold in working with her. So I hope you will strongly consider working with Open Window for your needs as you do not find great people to work with often. She is unique and great in building long term relationships.
