        Wonderful experience with the entire team from the Charlottesville location. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and take great care of their customers. Installers even came back to help loosen the door for the smart lock to auto lock without having to pull the door while locking. Highly recommend!

        Sales and installation were great! Five stars. The office personnel are subpar. One star. Our bay window installation was cancelled by Window Depot twice within 24 hours of the planned installation. Ultimately, the bay window was installed four months late and with no reduction in price. No credit towards future windows. The office service needs to improve. If you have non-standard windows, I recommend you go elsewhere.

We apologize for the inconvenience and delays you experienced with scheduling your installation. Please understand that the extended lead time was due to the manufacturer and not the fault of our office staff. We scheduled the installation as soon as we received your bay window as we ordered it. Unfortunately, after scheduling, we discovered that certain parts were not included with the shipment, so we needed to obtain clarification from the manufacturer if those parts were necessary for a proper installation. We contacted you and explained the situation and you appeared to understand. We don't refund money due to manufacturing delays, as that is beyond our control. We were unaware of your interest in receiving a credit towards future windows. Please contact us when you're ready for your next window project and we will extend a special discount offer to you.
