MINUS MOLD LLC was very responsive, and able to schedule me rather quickly for my inspection. I was able to set an appointment within one day of the me calling. They are extremely professional and thorough!!! I clearly have a mold problem in my townhouse apartment that Ive rented. Ive only been here a month, and with the expertise of MINUS MOLD LLC they were able to confirm that Mold was present in multiple rooms in my Apartment Yikes!!! They sent me a very detailed report and photos and answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly and attentive and I recommend them to you if you are looking for good costumer service that cares.

This mold inspection consisted of sending someone out with a moisture meter and a thermal imager. He only looked at the places I specifically pointed out. Shower and bathroom, the crawl space, and the attic. Didn't look in the other 16 rooms in the house. Didn't come up with anything treatable. $400 for 45 minutes worth of work. Might have been OK with $100-150 for the trip/partial inspection. Computer system sends a text message and an email at least once every day with the invoice. Will have to look elsewhere.

Wil and his team, did a phenomenal job on my mold remediation project. We had some mold growing on the wall right behind our bed, this came from a roof leak. It went unnoticed until I called Minus Mold to do the inspection, they found multiple problems, this specific one was hidden behind the wall from a roof leak. I cant thank them enough, minus Mold is an awesome company I would highly recommend!
