I took my kitty, Willow in last night. They were all so sweet and kind. The doctor was amazing also and even carried on some small talk with me. They didnt order a bunch of extra unnecessary stuff and got my baby feeling much better by the time we left. She is even due for her rabies and they didnt try to make me get it there. They said it would be cheaper elsewhere unless I wanted them to go ahead and do it. I will definitely keep them in mind if I cant get in to our Vet for things!

UrgentVet at Short Pump was a lifesaver for us. We had an emergency situation with our Golden Retriever and there were no emergency vets open so we went to UrgentVet. We were so happy that we did! The staff was so great, very attentive and knowledgeable and the vet was fantastic. The fees were reasonable and the place is clean and efficient. I would highly recommend!

Thank you very much for the immediate attention you gave to my Lolo, she was very scared because she really felt bad, thank you! They are angels as soon as we got home he ate again, they relieved his pain they are the best we are grateful my cat is happy again...

Definitely recommend if its not life threatening and your normal vet is closed. Can check in online before you get there and see wait times as well as speed up the process. They are very honest and caring as well not all about taking your money. Do what's needed and go from there. Definitely my first go to in the future for anything when the vet isn't around. Thank yall so very much!
