        Very disappointed by unprofessional service and lack of resolutionI used Puritan Cleaners at the Short Pump location and was extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism and responsiveness. An article of clothing from a December order went missing. I repeatedly reached out to the store manager Carmen over a 6-8 week period for updates, but received no response. I then escalated the issue to the general manager, Gary, but my email went unanswered as well. This complete lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable, especially considering Puritan Cleaners' claims of high-quality customer service. I hope this review prompts them to improve their customer service practices.
