Terrible experience with this management company. They seem to only care when things go wrong and are not proactive in helping their tenants. Frankly, I don't think they are worth the rent they charge. It's disappointing that the company refuses to renovate the units, although Detra did try to make some changes, which unfortunately were stopped. Detra was one of the few people who truly cared about the community and tried to make a positive impact. Her absence will be felt, and the company lost a valuable team player. She will truly be missed, I hope they will take a closer look at their management practices and make positive changes for the benefit of their tenants.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the departure of Detra from The Glenns at Miller Lane. She was an outstanding property manager who made us feel welcome and at home. Since she left, the quality of the property has declined significantly, with trash being left outside and an overall decrease in employee morale. Detra was exceptional at minimizing vandalism, crime, and noise ordinance violations. Unfortunately, I have decided to look for a new place to live. I hope that the organization will learn to value and treat their employees better, as it directly impacts business. I am truly saddened by this news and wish her all the best.

Why did you all let go of the only helpful person we had in the rent office? I had to contact corporate numerous times today because the current lady in the rent office was unable to post my rent on time, resulting in a late fee. If Detra was still here, she would have gotten it done on time.

Detra provided us with great support during numerous shootouts in our community, which made our living conditions safer. She also attempted to get the raccoons out of the walls, but Peak has been very secretive about it. Despite our complaints, nobody has come to remove them, and they are still living in our attic spaces. This is unsanitary and by far the worst experience ever! We are disappointed that the gutters have not been cleaned, and the buildings desperately need to be power washed, which has been pending for two years now. Detra managed to persuade us to renew our lease here because we felt she cared and would stay, but we can't wait to move when our lease expires now that she is gone. We believe that the management was not proactive in addressing the issues that they were already aware of. In our opinion, this is by far the worst company ever, with no integrity whatsoever.
