After my initial phone consultation, I made an appointment & went to their office. The very friendly staff welcomed me. I was referred to them by a friend, who is an active & established client. Our meeting went very well. During our first face to face meeting, I felt very comfortable & well taken care of by Tara and his support staff. She was very professional and gladly answered all of my questions and concerns. I am glad to say their communication and responsiveness won me over as a client. I plan on starting a new, long term business relationship after some major concerns at my previous tax partner. Thank you to you and your staff for making me apart of the family!

Tera bought out my old employer's CPA office when our long time CPA passed away a few years ago. I had been the accounting manager for my employer for 8 years. I worked closely with our previous CPA & spoke with him regularly regarding discrepancies and questions. Tera nor her new employees never once reached out to me. They went straight to my boss who then came to me, as a middleman. I found it quite disrespectful and unprofessional. Upon leaving my previous employer, I contacted Tera's office for a tax form. She told me "to make sure I saved it, because she would charge me $15 for it, if I needed anything else. What?! I wouldn't waste my time with someone as rude or disrespectful.
