Solutions Mechanical & Plumbing - Staunton

Made an appointment for a plumbing estimate. I was given a window of 12-5. Called at 3 just to make sure they still have me on the schedule and receptionist reassured me JB would be there in about 30 mins. Waited till 5 and still no word from anyone. I understand things come up but everyone has a phone. What a waste of an afternoon.

Had them out to repair a leak in our main bathroom tub/shower.These guys were very professional, on time, and clean. They came in went right to work and did not mess around. The technician even lowered the price because the color of the new tub drain didn't quite match. Would definitely use again!

Solutions Mechanical were prompt efficient and fixed the issue we were having with our air conditioning. They were curtious and cleaned up the work area when they completed the job. Their prices are competitive but they get the job done correctly.

I would definitely recommend Solutions Mechanical & Plumbing to anyone needing service! I just had both HVAC systems replaced in my home and couldn't be happier. Their technicians, Steve and Quentin, were not only professional but also friendly and helpful. Great service!

I have been working with Solutions Mechanical and Plumbing for a few months now to take care of the plumbing issues at a property I help manage in downtown Staunton. The people who work for this company are always very kind, helpful, and they move fast. It can be quite difficult and frustrating finding a reliable plumbing company, but I believe I finally found that reliability in Solutions.
