        Since they have taken over our trash service they have been nothing but wonderful! Amazing customer service and service is consistent and timely couldn't ask for more!

        Gloucester Refuse is a fantastic company! In our neighborhood, they always pick up our trash on time, if not earlier. They are incredibly neat and never leave a mess behind. The drivers are polite, friendly, and very personable. I highly recommend Gloucester Refuse to anyone in need of trash service.

        Not a good experience at all! My complaint was that their billing has a definite problem. The last bill I received was in October 2023yesterday I received a very threatening bill saying it had been sent to a collection service. I immediately the next morning went to discuss the problem and pay whatever I owed. As I asked the owner what this was about..he says oh just ignore it..I cant ignore a collection notification!!! So basically it seems as if they like to put out a scare tactic to their customers when the problem lies with the company. The female employee also became very indignant with her snarl and yelling back at me. First you guys need to engage on perhaps some customer service techniques and not yell at over a twenty year customer..yes, I was mad and raised my voice as well..they also said they put stickers on my trash can to make me aware of my accountthat was a total lie, Ive never found anything on my garbage can. My solution to them is why didnt you atleast write me a letter to make me aware of the problem in lieu of the way you treated me todayNO..I do not recommend doing business with these people

        Since Gloucester Refuse has replaced B&S they've been amazing. They always pick up on time and their customer service is top notch, they're polite and helpful and answer any questions you have. The service itself is so much better in general, they're perfect now, I wouldn't change companies for anything now.
