On the fence with this place. I actually would say more like 3 .75 stars. The owner seems honest & I like that he support officers. I just don't understand why when I asked for an estimate I was given total cost of parts and total cost of labor with no details. I've always gotten a detail list of parts and labor when I've taken my car for repairs. I'm very picky & when it comes to parting with my $ I like to know the details. Furthermore, though I do have some $ saved for car repairs, I could use some help since I live solely on veterans disability. I submited the estimate to an organization that helps veterans and they told me they also need details. Being that said, he was recommended and people are satisfied with the service. Also, the cost of the repairs is within the cost to repair what's is wrong with the vehicle. Thus I don't know why I was given an estimate with a general outline. I would recommend them but as mentioned, you won't get a detailed estimate. At least I did not.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. I moved to Gloucester about a year and a half ago, and looked at several shops before finding Bobby's because I did not want to keep driving back to Richmond to get my car serviced. Other shops seemed way overpriced and not really friendly. Bobby's staff is HONEST, affordable, friendly and do a fantastic job. I have used them from inspections to oil changes to tire replacements to brake and light repairs. I feel like they are family. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
