        With Verizon publicizing their great service, well it is not meeting up to their claim, my fios has been out since 7 July 2020 and when you call to get a service tech you get a computer voice that rambles on and on which does nothing to get me back my paid service, you can't get a call back when the computer voice asks for your number, I see this as a failure for Verizon, I expect better from Verizon. On their service claim.

        HORRIBLE NO SUCH THING AS NEXT DAY PHONE WITH THEIR BS INSURANCE, RUN! WE HAVE TO FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT AND FAX OR EMAIL OUR LICENSE. ITS BEEN 8 HOURS SINCE THEY SAID WAIT 3 HOURS. THIS IS THE WORST PHONE CARRIER IVE EVER HAD, HORRIBLE SERVICE AMD 3RD PARTY BS INSURANCE!
