Scheduled an appointment to see a property on 4/16/2022. Traveled 490 miles from NJ to come down on Easter Weekend. At 8:49 PM on 4/15/2022 the Agent ( Nancy) texted me to say the property had gone under contract YESTERDAY! She sent an email to me which I never received, Just like the last email she sent me that I told her I never received. KNOCK KNOCK NANCY pick up the phone like any reasonable, responsible person would. You cost us both a days pay, 490 miles here and 490 back, probably $250 plus in gas, $132.95 Hotel, 8 hours here and likely more going home on Saturday. And no apology from Nancy because I cursed at her. I think I more than owed her that curse. Kevin Marshall Dwyer

Communication from this property management group had for the most part been non existent without hounding them for information, rent had been increased without my knowledge and I only discovered this when I needed a copy of the lease for refi purposes, they failed to renew a lease letting it lapse, absolutely no inspections were performed on my rental property and they actually gave the tenant back the full deposit without conducting a final inspection or providing me with a report. I wouldn't trust this group for any real estate transaction and the broker clearly doesn't care about it's reputation. Steer clear!
