        A WORTHLESS WASTE OF TIME! Facebook "memories" just reminded me it's been three years since I went to Pivot for PT for multiple severe injuries, and fractures, esp my back. The therapist had no plan, no idea what he wanted to do. He would look around the room, see a piece of equipment, and then have me ride it for 10 minutes while he and others went off and talked about what they watched on TV last night. Then he'd look around the room and decided on another piece of equipment for me to get on. Then he'd have me walk several laps around the room. I quit after three sessions of this. I have horses; I do more exercise in an hour at the barn with chores than in a dozen sessions at Pivot. Months later, Pivot began dunning me for payment, as they had not taken the trouble to bill insurance. We had to then deal with that laziness. They eventually submitted the bills to insurance and that was the end of it. I advised my doctor to never send anyone there again.

        Have been using the Pivot location in Hayes for several weeks now. Trying to find some relief from chronic pain since an injury and several surgeries after trying a multitude of other treatments. Been working with Trevor on Dry Needling. Undoubtedly one of the very best people Ive run across so far in this journey to recover my health. His calm demeanor, knowledge of his craft and sure handedness has been very comforting since Im not a fan of needles. He has helped me find some moderate relief so far and I will continue to utilize his unique skillset to hopefully continue to improve. I feel that Trevor is wholly committed to getting me all the way back to the best of his abilities. The front office staff, Jae & Jailyn, are friendly and most accommodating. I would highly recommend Pivot in Hayes, Va and especially Trevor if youre struggling with nagging pain for which u havent been able to find any answers.
