        Customer service is horrible, store makes up its own policies. Good luck if you think you can return an exchanged item. Never will shop there again.!

        Horrible customer service. Management doesn't follow their own company policies and when you call to make a complaint the 1800 number says they only deal with online purchases. There seems to be no way to escalate issues in the store. I've never been treated so poorly and I will not be shopping here again.
