Let me start off by saying that I went to a NTB before this and was treated horribly, but here, I was treated with respect, kindness, and was actually taught a few things about my car I didn't know beforehand. Karen especially took me through the whole process and kept me informed the whole process. I truly will be coming back here for as long as Im in harrisonburg. That is how well I was treated here. Truly an amazing place to get anything done on your car. Thank you Karen!

Ive been bringing my vehicles to NTB for at least a couple of years now & I can honestly say that the service experience just gets better all of the time. Clearly the manager, Karen, takes her job seriously. She has a wonderful rapport with her staff and the process is like a well oiled machine. I cant say enough positive things about NTB. Otis always takes care of me & my vehicles ensuring that my time is seamless & my vehicles are in tip top shape. I am a travel nurse & put thousands of miles on my cars so its important that I feel safe and i can always count on NTB. Now, to make sure nothing ever changes.
