I love trying out Bennys locations and Sorrentinos is my usual location, however the manager is a serious issue with this establishment. I come occasionally, and am always greeted with friendly employees and reliable slices each month, yet every interaction with the manager seems to be unpleasant with her attitude being directed to both the workers and patrons. In my most recent visit, she responded with snark and a rude tone to me ordering, acting in such a manner that I would have turned around and left had I not been starving. In a job so heavily based on front facing customer service im shocked this has been her behavior for so long with this experience being shared by a few of my colleagues. Im not sure what memo the employees have that she doesnt get, but I would love for her to get on the same page in terms of treating people with respect, especially paying customers.
