Started out ok locally and then there was a hiccup, but Mr. Thomas Saint John stepped in and saved the day! You see, it's not always which mortgage company you deal with, but the good people behind the company that actually cares about you and your family and the sometimes bad circumstances that you end up in with your builder, so I recommend Mr. Thomas St. John and if you're in the valley area, Ms. Serina at Benchmark Mortgage! They go the extra mile for you and that's what counts. So, thanks again Benchmark Mortgage for helping us out and trusting in us. That's why I give them 5 Stars, would give them 25 stars if I could. Yes, they're worth it. If your in the market for a home loan, give them a chance, you might be surprised at what they could do for you.

Don and Serena are experts in their field. I've done 3 mortgages and 3 refinances with them. They are the best in knowledge and the best in interest rates. The sooner you accept that the better off you will be.
