The reviews are accurate. This place is a hidden gem. The food is authentic Mexican and its delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming as well. My husband got the burrito supreme which he loved, our daughter ordered the quesadilla with barbaqoa, and our son ordered the torta with carne asada which they both loved. I ordered the queso birria tacos and tried both red and green tamales. All were delicious. Being Mexican myself and having eaten at many mexican restaurants around this country this reminded me most of a home cooked meal. The food was very clean. It wasn't overly greasy and you didn't leave feeling like you ate something heavy. The bathroom and the store was also very clean which is a rarity in a gas station. We were just passing through but we will definitely be back during future trips through Virginia.

This is truly the best Mexican food in Harrisonburg. Everything is so fresh and delicious and the staff is always so nice and wonderful. This is my favorite place to get food. Please do yourself a favor and try this place out if you havent!

So I am from out of town working here on a construction project. All I have to say is that I wish I had known about this place 4 weeks ago. The food is amazing, I will be going back for the rest of my time in town. I can't wait for tomorrow to sample more of the menu. The pork is on point, and so wonderfully tender and flavourful the carne asada has awesome flavor. If you're not giving these folks your business, you are just plain wrong. Good prices, great food. I would post a picture, but it was so good that there wasn't time.

One of the top Taco spots in Harrisonburg with a delightful staff. I've never left disappointed and the quesobirria tacos with the broth insanely good. They do a bunch of different foods and it's all homemade recipes. Tacos, Tamales, Burritos, Quesadillas, Carnitas, Tortas, Menudo, Croissant breakfast sandwiches or bagels, egg rolls, chicken legs, Chile rellenos, and much more.
