It's rare to think a group of medical professionals can be so poor at communicating, showing empathy, or responding to your medical concerns. For those veterans that rely on these VA services to receive care, you may be better off just utilizing any facilities not here.
For my short time here, I felt belittled and demeanor for a condition that has been a problem my whole life. I generally have received poor VA healthcare treatment due to a fundamentally broken system, but this place in particular holds the top spot for absolutely rude doctors and nurses.

Horrible ... the whole VA system is the worst! Let's leave a veteran in severe pain and just bounce him around for 3 weeks without bothering to actually do an xray, Ct scan, or MRI in the spot that he states the pain is. Let's also state we will call and then don't, even AFTER you have called twice for help.
Just a joke!
