        I appreciate the way the service department handled my mower issue, working to thoroughly fix the problem and made sure it was totally resolved before expecting payment at a fair price!

        We had been thinking about buying a zero turn electric lawn mower, but were unsure of what to choose and how well it would work for our property. We went to Kreider because they carry only excellent products, are experts on the products they sell, and provide outstanding service. Jeffrey Smoker was so helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We chose an EGO 56-Volt 42" Zero Turn. Jeffrey delivered it the next day and showed us how to use and recharge it. If we have a problem, Kreider will do the service work at their shop. We trust them and appreciate not having to use unknown service people from outside our area. We are more than satisfied with the mower and with Kreider.
