        This company is amazing! A deer ran into my car - no questions asked - got a check for the value of the car right away. Our bathroom had mold - no problem - paid for the entire room to be fixed. Dishwasher leaked - paid for damages downstairs with no questions asked. Do yourself a favor - get them!!!!!

        Absolutely the worst company to work with in regard to auto claims. I was recently in an auto accident where an insured driver of theirs rear-ended my vehicle. It has been OVER A MONTH since the accident, and I still have not received any form of communication even after calling them several times on their generic phone line that makes you leave a voice message with the "promise to return the next day". My car has yet to be fixed and an ambulance bill also needs to be submitted as I am PREGNANT and needed to be checked out at the scene. I hope they like having a lawsuit filed against them because that is my next step in getting any of this resolved!

        Im currently experiencing the worst claims process. One of their drivers hit me over a week ago . I am still without a rental and have missed work and my daughters birthday celebration due to injurys . You cant get in touch with anyone and they drag their feet with accepting liability even when there is a summons and ticket for other driver. I hate this Im still in pain . These people do not care . Im getting a lawyer. Update so the claims adjuster goes to tell me even tho their driver got the ticket and is found guilty at court they still may not accept liability. Apparently this is a trend with this company per the other reviews

        In April 2022 we were t-boned by a man with Rockingham Ins. Everyone ignores our calls and voicemails. Here we are 1 year and 4 months later still fighting to get our everything settled. This is the worst Insurance company ever!

        I had a homeowners claim that was denied ,refused to pay absolutely anything. Find a company that cares about you for your insurance not this one.!!!
