Melissa at the front desk was above excellence. I even communicated that I needed to leave early, but didnt request a wake up call and she still remembered and called me! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, close to everything and great value. Will definitely be staying there again

Had a lovely stay last week with my family. This place has much improved over the years from when it was formerly a comfort inn I believe. Seems tonhave had a recent update. Clean, quiet and great service, which included a pack and play they offered for my 8 month old that really helped us out. Nearby activities: Close to a lot of great eating options

We are checking our today. I called the front desk to complain about the room we had and no one answered. My husband just went thru heart surgery and it was nice they kind of kept us close to the door but after complaining for a night and a half and complaining again this morning about the noise I asked if they would offer us a free room or a free night because I was trying to keep my husband close to the hospital and they told me that they wouldn't do it like it wasn't there a problem for my husband to have to listen to the bang into the door and The stomping while he's supposed to be relaxing I was very unhappy about this specially for what I paid for the room. I was hoping under the circumstances that it would have been a better decision made the knowing the situation we are in.

My son is at JMU for four years and this is my absolute favorite place to stay. I have a small dog that travels with me and the hotel is so accommodating. Safe area and close to everything.
