Patricia was wonderful as my stylist. I showed her a photo of my hair and she did it. She asked if I could get in and out of her chair safely as I was in my scooter . Told her yes. She didn't rush me and provided stability to hold on to.
I have her name and will be asking for her again. Pleasant experience!

HORRIBLE, WILL NEVER BE GOING AGAIN.
I went there on Sunday to get a bang trim and a haircut of about 1-2 inches. I got Tasha. When she washed my hair, not only did she wash just the top, but she was digging her nails into my head whilst washing my hair. It was very painful. She was very rough and chaotic, it felt like she was trying to pull my hair out of my head when she was gathering it to cut it. She was being so aggressive with the comb that she ended up basically stabbing me on the forehead with the bristle side of the comb. During the haircut, she had the audacity to say whats up with your ______?, referring to something I am insecure about. She also repeatedly commented saying my hair was thinning. Both of these things are very rude and completely uncalled for.
After the haircut, I went home and dried my hair. This is where I discovered how uneven my haircut was. I got curtain bangs and the right side was way shorter than the left side. The rest of my hair was super choppy and uneven.
When I finally was able to get my hair fixed, the woman refused to even give me a complimentary blow dry, which really should be customary after having a haircut butchered. Needless to say, spend the extra money at a better salon.

While on vacation I decided to get my haircut and chose Hair Cuttery. It was a wonderful experience! Patricia is absolutely wonderful!!! If you have the opportunity ask for her when you make your appointment! She is so professional and friendly and she listens when you explain how you want your hair done and that is so important! I highly recommend this Hair Cuttery location and Patricia!
