        Mr. Oliver was appointed to be my sister's lawyer, and because she was determined to prove her innocence after he showed her the video footage from the officer's bodycam where she never touched the officer. He decided that he would recuse himself saying she was too argumentative, and because she didn't want to take the plea. Update my sister was found not guilty of the charge he was pressing her to take a plea for!

        Do not hire Tracy Evan he will not defend you nor will he fight your case for u.His fees are highly overate for his service very disappointed with this attorney cost us over 8 grand for less and more expenses then what we started with.we to Evans for more costudy and child support we received less time and more child support there was no Justice done for a father that provides
