Excellent service, opened doors after closing for me and also sold me what I was looking for out of thier shop because they were out of stock on that particular item. Most commercial equipment dealers and shops could take a valuable lesson from them.

I had a personal residential project that I needed completed.  It was long overdue and almost had to give up trying to do it in the Spring.  However, the recent weather dictated that the project needed to be done quickly.  I had a referred contact at Carter Machinery, Harrisonburg, VA.  A few weeks prior to my moving forward with renting the equipment, I met up with a sales representative and was given some viable options on the equipment to get my project done.  Specifically, I looked at the Dingo 525 and Dingo 1000.  When I looked at the equipment, I was proposing September.  I was given a quote and it was detailed very well.  My decision for September changed and I made a phone call to the sales representative.  He made my rental request happen on a short notice.  I was able to get the equipment delivered and picked up efficiently and safely.  Overall my experience with Carter Machinery was good.  The sales representative was knowledgeable and attentive.  The billing department was efficient and I was told that I would receive a shirt for my business.  In the end, I received an invoice that had a charge that wasn't explained previously.  I did reach out to get clarification on the charge. I think this group runs like a well-oiled machine.  I would recommend Carter Machinery for any of your projects!
