        Went there and towed due to a leak in transmission line. I spoke to their person on the phone, was told they'd see me, paid for a tow, then no appointment on the book. They got it back to me fast with over 200 more than the worst case scenario the front desk person described. Fast forward less than a month later and my truck broke down again, similar symptoms. Did you actually fix anything or just added more fluids? This is getting to be expensive. The desk person was nice enough, but I am never going back

      Volaerii, I do not see your name in the system in order to confirm your comments. If you could reach out to us at 540-433-2792. I am sorry you are having similar issues, I would have liked an opportunity to see if it is related to our repair or a new issue.  If it was related to our work we do honor our repairs with a warranty.We normally do not quote jobs before the vehicle is here, and do not complete work unless an approval is received by the customer. Sometimes extra repairs come up that you can not determine until you are implementing the fix. When this occurs we do follow up with the customer to advise of the extra issue and cost.
