I had worked for Ty Padgett for about 6 months and needless to say at the end of it all he was not professional and the lack of ethics is just disturbing in the manor management, professionalism, and quality of work. He refuses to pay me for the work I gave his company which is over 1400.00. His equipment is wore out and needs a certified shop to repair them so they can be capable of completing the jobs. At this point I wonder if he even has a business license or insurance for his so called company. This is just a fair warning to stay clear of this crook and his poor work ethics.
