WM - Bethel Landfill

Wanted to switch trash service companies. Called on Waste Management and was contacted by Tricia Haberlack within hours. Discussed what I wanted and she worked with me the next day on pricing, delivery and dumps and our company was in working order within three days. Great customer service and communication. I strongly recommend you give Waste Management a call for your trash/ recycle needs.

These people have a tough job/ career. Imagine having to smell puke and deal with people who must be held accountable for multiple rules. Should be a trooper here like the DMV .

If I could put zero star I would. Today's experience put me into a full blown panic attack. $90 to do the right thing and take my trash to the dump and I didn't even drop off the tires I had. She said I'll have to charge you for the trailer, I said okay how much? The response I got was not much. Looked over at your sign $20 for trailer. Okay, I can do $20 bucks. But $90 and some change is outrageous. Never again!!!! I really don't know how y'all sleep at night. Considering part of that money was our food budget.

Very easy safe and convenient to dump extra trash at the landfill. Nice turtle pond. Never had any issues with garbage pickup at our house either. They pick up recycling and yard waste and will even take old mattresses from the curb.

I dump here everyday. The staff and environment is very safe and pleasant to use. The machine operators are amazing people to speak to over the CB. Operators like Leroy, Lee, James, Mo, nick, Russell and eric all make my job an excitement every day...keep up the amazing environment you all create every day. And for 5 cents , Leroy offers a great advice for your future .lol
