Had to come back and have tires balanced after the owner charged me for it and it was never done after the tires were mounted . The second issue is the tech gouged two of the three aluminum rims I brought During install and said it wasnt his problem.Offered nothing but attitude when I brought it to his attention. I would not recommend anyone go and deal with the actual boss the employees are great the management is the real issue.

They had my truck since 12/7/2023 its now 1/3/2024 and they lied the entire time about when it will be fixed. This is after I paid them $190 to come out and do a forced regeneration after I told them freightliner said thats not the problem , he said it was so with my lack of knowledge I allowed them to do so. It didnt work so he told me to get it towed ($400) because they will need to fix it at the shop. Even gave me a number for the tow. Ive been calling and been told multiple times it will be fixed this day , it a be done by this time and this been going on for weeks . Ive been told to my face and over the phone pure lies. Got up there today and he lied again about it being done. So we are now both speaking out of frustration ,he said pay the bill I said no let me test drive it first to confirm they fulfilled their obligations . I step outside so they can jump my truck because it went dead thats how long it had been sitting .The mechanic came outside with a firearm when he brung the battery pack to jump it , yes we have the right to carry in Va but he didnt have it inside so why come outside with it, that proposed a threat to me and I became feared for my life, I never proposed any threat I just wanted to test drive my truck . I then dialed 911 . Officers came and kind of diffused the situation but did nothing really . Didnt even check to see if the guys firearm was registered. He then started yelling and said get my truck off his property ,went on and pulled my truck a 18 wheeler with a forklift and sat it on the street. No consideration for my property, pulled it over 2 tire chocks and all . I charged my battery up finally after 2hrs and all of my lights are still on so they did absolutely nothing to my truck and have been lying for 3.5 weeks .I will be taking legal actions. I have video and all of the situation.
