Update: changed from 1 to 3 stars... they called after this post. The nurse resubmitted my RX and called me to give update. I'll update this post again after my next visit. They don't answer patient portal emails. I called last Thursday to say the pharmacy needed more information. The assistant said she'd call them and call me with the update. I checked again because I haven't gotten it and the RX has been canceled. Just finished leaving yet another message and going to wait to see if they will actually call back with the issue rectified. This exact thing has happened 2 months in a row... Both times they said they didn't receive anything from the pharmacy and both times they took a bit to get it fixed. Last time i had to go into the office for an extra visit to get it straight.

Don't get me wrong the care staff has been excellent. My problem is with how the business is run, and the rudeness of the admin over the billing policy changes. They only mail bills monthly but find it acceptable to cancel your appointment an hour before it starts, with no calls or warnings to allow you to rectify the situation before hand. It is unreasonable and frankly abelist. And when I called to try and fix the situation I was rudely treated and told I just needed to pay on time. How can I be in time when I don't get the mailed bill always and even if I did, a common courtesy of any warning before hand to pay in case I just forgot or have extenuating circumstances seems a reasonable ask, but no accommodations will be met by this staff. Only ridiculed.

This place sucks. They are unprofessional and horrible at communicating. If you go here. Prepare to be disappointed

Do not go here! Unprofessional and they are not organized. They do not have any record of my diagnosis even though I have completed all of my appointments.
