If I could give 0 stars I would. This experience has been truly terrible. Dont expect any call backs or email responses from any team members. The only way I was able to get any response was after consistently trying to get in contact with them for over 2 months. And even still, I am trying to resolve an issue. The only response I get is so and so will call you back but there is never a call back. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service. We have an HOA president in my community who has a reputation for being rude and horrible, so the fact that we have to solely rely on this HOA management company that doesnt respond back and is also aware of our HOA presidents reputation makes things just that much more difficult. Again, if I could give 0 stars I would. This is a leaf collection issue that has never been picked up and has been pushed against my fence since December. I have officially been calling Harrison and Leer since February 12 with no results on or response. Paying for a service we are not getting and was told by my HOA president we are done talking about this issue in the annual meeting when other members brought up their lawn care concerns. Any help or guidance to resolution is highly encouraged.
