    I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield ( haven't had any issues with them yet...fingers crossed) and they sent A/C Inc out. I must say I was very pleased. They were able to fix an issue that the last company who were sent out created so this is a plus in my book. I had no issues with contacting the technician when i needed him. The only thing that i could complain about is the length of time it took to get the parts. But im not going to complain because we weren't inconveniencesd and no one died! So I will say that I recommend this this company

    Technician (Nguyen) is totally unprofessional. Has canceled our part orders more than once. Refuses to return calls. Took my $917 and ran with it. Ill never see the money, Nguyen, or the parts I paid to have replaced again. Please do not use this horrible company. Service: A/C system repair

    I must say this has been a 2-year problem with them. I have had them come out through my warranty company American Home Shield( dont get). Their number didnt work so it took over a week to get them to call and get an appointment. When he came out, he spent 5 mins looking at my unit just to tell me that the reason my unit wasnt working was it was having to work too hard cause the downstairs unit wasnt working. When a called Millers ( I recommend) to look at it they noticed a leak in my unit a crack in the pipe and my outside unit needed to be cleaned. They went through the whole process of how things were happing and how it was acting the way it was. A/C plus didnt care and just wanted to get in and out as soon as possible. They never did any kind of true look at my system to see why it wasnt working. Please dont use them! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

    One of my a/c continue to reach high temperatures from 74 to 83. I called my home warranty American Home Shield. They sent out A/C plus. The technician said he had to replace capacitor. When I gradually lowered the temperature to 78 the panel matched the set to inside temperature until it got to 78. The inside temperature jumped back to 83. I called the technician shortly after the services. He said you have to wait 24 hours to lower the temperature to that setting. It has been a week and my family is still dealing with this issue. They came back a week later and said the weather and insulation of my home is the problem. He was so insulting. We have been dealing with the weather prior to them coming out and sitting comfortably at 74 degrees in my home. I am definitely not this a/c company or home warranty again.
