        I paid $900 for a garage door opener 1 Nov 2022 and the arm broke off of the door and it fell 25 Dec 2022. To me when you install a new garage door opener that should include a reliable bracket that opens the door. They wanted to charge me $150 to put a new bracket on. Said the bracket cost $68 +labor (online cost $10). To charge $150 to install a reliable bracket when they installed the system less than 2 months ago is very poor workmanship and a poor business practice! I refused to give them another dime! We bought a heavy duty reinforced plate at Lowes for $15 and fixed it ourself. Additionally the day after the door was installed in Nov, we had some problems programming the remote and they wanted to charge me to come help with that but I figured out all we had to do was call the 800 number and they told us what to do. Instead of telling me that, they wanted to charge me to come back here. Again very poor business practice. I will never use Lion Garage services again and will recommend others do not either!!!! Addition: Mike, a senior manager, called me the next day to say he wanted to send some to fix things at no charge. He agreed the situation was not handled properly.

        A truly despicable company that relies on lying to customers to sell things they do not need. They take advantage of people they think they can deceive. They tried to sell me a new $800 motor saying mine could not be fixed. I adjusted the back and it works fine.
