        I found the information to be very thorough. Front desk staff were polite and welcoming. Kayla was well- informed and explained all details, giving me a packet to take home to review before purchasing a plan. On the second visit she answered all my questions and made copies of the contract I signed. Compared with other services I researched, the prices seemed quite reasonable and I think my children will be happy that my funeral arrangements are in place and prepaid.

        The staff were absolutely wonderful, helpful and considerate. They were very open to a few things we wanted that made the service even more special and made sure it was orchestrated beautifully. We had so many complements from people that were at the service and those that were watching on livestream. I would recommend Parklawn without any reservations.
