I wanted to commend Dee, the Assistant Manager for the Tile Department for going above and beyond and providing great customer service on my visit there. She took the time to help me hand select each item on my shopping list and even spoke to the contractor on the phone to make sure I selected the correct materials. She was patient and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much for a great customer experience Dee!

I am in the middle of renovating two homes and have visited Floor&Decor in Hampton multiple times within the last few weeks. Yesterday I made the decision on the items that I needed with the help of Darrian. He took the time to walk me through the store with me and was very patient as I made my final selections. He pulled all of the items that I needed and when I realized that I needed more tile, he was so patient and had no problem getting what I needed. I had to also get some grout and Dan was so kind! He took the time to show me how to find the color I needed and he pulled the items for me as well. It was such an awesome experience and it's good to see that people are so willing to help. I must also say that whenever I enter that store, I'm always greeted with a "hello" or "welcome" and a smile. I truly appreciate the kindness and the help that all the employees provide each time I visit that store. Keep up the good work! See you soon.

During the initial planning phase of our master bath remodel project, we had no idea where to begin with regard to selecting the tile that we would eventually have installed for the walk-in shower portion of the project. Cyerria Gilbert at Floor & Decor in Hampton, VA was instrumental in helping us to develop our project. Cyerria asked key questions regarding style and color that we were envisioning, and then walked us through a process to select main and accentuating tiles to design a modern-looking walk-in shower. Cyerria was very patient as we narrowed down our selections, and she injected her thoughts and experience when we were indecisive, but she didn't steer us in any specific direction. We are extremely pleased with the results, and credit Cyerria for her design ideas and help, and Floor & Decor for their great tile selections, with the wonderful shower we now enjoy.
